- We supply you with a highly competitive, comprehensive quote that includes a detailed checklist of what our service will include, such as computer cleaning. Please note however that our cleaners are very proactive and will invariably perform tasks over and above what is required of them.
- Upon approval of our quote, we will draw up a service contract, complete with time frames and performance indicators tailored to your company.
- We will then issue you with a measured Quality Assurance Plan that guarantees the quality of our work.
- Cleaners’ time sheets will be issued upon request.
- Our work will be open for review on a quarterly or half-yearly basis.
- We arrange regular team meetings to work out ways to continually improve our service.
